Payment Processing
Urban Egg uses Toast and its affiliated payment processing partners to process payment transactions.
Urban Egg does not store, manage, or have access to your complete payment card information, including full card numbers or card security codes.
Any stored payment credentials used to facilitate payment processing are maintained through secure tokenization methods by Toast and its payment processing providers. These tokenized credentials are designed so that Urban Egg cannot access, retrieve, or view the underlying payment card information.
Urban Egg personnel may only view limited transaction information, such as card type and the last four digits of a payment card, when necessary for customer service or transaction verification purposes.
If you wish to request removal of a stored payment credential associated with a payment transaction, please contact Toast Customer Care directly at (617) 682-0225. In certain situations, your card issuer or financial institution may also be able assist with payment credential management.
